^{✧ I reserve the right to decline any commissions I do not feel comfortable working on
✧ I will not accept any orders with offensive themes, non-con, excessive gore, or anything that sends a hateful message.
✧ I accept NSFW commissions from adults only. By ordering a NSFW piece you are confirming you are of age in your country or at least 18+.
✧ Payment is upfront for sketches and after the sketch is approved for larger commissions.
✧ Progress will be shown throughout the production period to allow for feedback on the final piece. No major changes can be made to the previous stage of development after approval has been given (such as approval of the pose/composition during the sketch stage).
✧ If the commission is adjusted drastically, you will be subject to a price change.}Usage

✧ If the artwork is approved for commercial use, it may be used accordingly, except for NFTs.
✧ Any use of the commissioned artwork with AI software is strictly prohibited.
✧ I retain the rights to artist credit and usage of the work in my personal portfolio and social media.
✧ The commissioner has ownership of the artwork itself, and may repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given (ie. linking the artist's social media).
✧ In the case of concept design, ownership of the design itself is non-transferable, and may not be sold to another party without permission from the artist.}Payment and Refunds
